at customer's site	80,- Euro/hour (from 9:00h till 18:00h - working days) 120,- Euro/hour (from 18:00h till 9:00h & sat.,sun.,publ.holidays) inclusive price 700,- Euro/day (trip included)
phone support	15,- Euro/15 min (from 9:00 till 18:00h - working days)   25,- Euro/15 min (from 18:00 till 9:00h & sat.,sun.,publ.holidays)
in our service-center if equipment concerned is delivered by the customer	13,- Euro/15 min
trip fares	20,- Euro up to 40 km   further distances on request

• All prices quoted in Euro plus VAT if applicable.
• If not explicitly quoted differently and if applicable, trip fares have to be added.
• New customers are asked to pay in advance.
• Subsequent orders are payable without discount within 10 days after receipt of the invoice.
